Fouga Magister

1/32nd scale

project

The Fouga Magister had been planned for several years to be realized as a model by DACO Products. Originally as a 1/48 scale kit, but when Kinetic and AMK put theirs on the market, it was decided to expand the project to the larger 1/32 scale. However, this meant that almost all parts had to be redesigned, ending with many more parts and with much more detail...

This kit will contain more than 570 parts (400 unique parts), with separate engines, detailed guns and other armament, specific parts for six different cockpit versions, but above all: it is accurate!

More than a year has been 'lost' because a Chinese tooling company was not able to do it, but meanwhile a new tooling company has been involved and everything goes without much problems (even I cannot follow their speed...). So the Fouga ki is expected to surface at the end of 2019. Too late to be the special release on the 30th anniversary day of DACO Products

Below are images of the first test shots, and the second test shots are en route to me.

In the meantime, I'm still running the market research / questionnaire regarding the price of the kit, which you can find at the bottom of the page

As stated in the newsletter 'DACO's 30-year Anniversary', a tombola will be held in September 2019. Everyone who places an order in the next three weeks and who is interested in winning one of the three available test shots of the 1/32 Fouga Magister Kit can participate.
There is one kit as raffle prize per week. So you decide which week you want to participate: go once in the first week or the less-busy last week, or all three times?...
As mentioned, you just have to place a firm order and select the Fouga tombola participating button (participating without an order and only with the tombola is not valid, and a tombola ticket price of 5 euros is added to your total).
